Eagers to Take Full Ownership of BYD Retail Venture in Earnings-Accretive Deal

Eagers Automotive has agreed to acquire the remaining 20% of its BYD Retail joint venture for cash and shares, making the business wholly owned; completion is expected by the end of October.
