Anson Resources, through its US subsidiary, has applied to establish a public infrastructure district that could issue bonds to help fund eligible infrastructure for its Green River Lithium Project without issuing additional shares for that portion of costs. The proposal aims to bring forward some value from a previously approved incentive capped at approximately US$194 million over up to 25 years, but the cap is not the expected bond amount and financing remains subject to approvals and market conditions. Utah’s infrastructure authority is expected to review the application in December 2026.
