CSL Names Gordon Naylor Next Chair As Brian McNamee Retires

CSL says Brian McNamee will retire from its board and Gordon Naylor will become chair, with both changes effective from March 2027. Naylor, who has served as interim CEO and managing director since February 2026, is due to continue in that role until February 2027 before returning to the board as a non-executive director and chair-elect. Carolyn Hewson will become senior independent director, as Naylor will not initially be considered an independent chair because of his recent executive role.
