Dynamic Metals agreed to sell non-core Widgiemooltha gold assets to Corazon for up to $3.5 million, including cash, shares, milestone payments and a royalty. After quarter end, it also agreed to sell the Lady Jane Gold Project to First Au while retaining a royalty, and completed soil sampling at Princess Sally and Redross, with results pending. The company is reviewing and ranking gold targets across Widgiemooltha and has submitted an access plan for its Meentheena fluorspar project.
