Pacific Lime and Cement says its technical review is complete and four international contractors submitted offers for its Central Cement Project in Papua New Guinea. The two highest-ranked bidders will enter a final competitive stage, with a preferred tenderer targeted by December and early works preparations under way for the December quarter.
