Sigma Lithium Extends US$100 Million Debt as Production Restarts
Sigma Lithium extended the maturity of its US$100 million senior secured debt by six months, to June 2027, with the interest rate and covenants unchanged. Since restarting operations, it has produced approximately 7,000 tonnes of lithium oxide concentrate and retains its target to reach an annualized production rate of 330,000 tonnes by year-end 2027. The extension follows a roughly 40% reduction in total debt over the past two years, to approximately US$125 million.
