Anson Resources has appointed Ward Davis as a non-executive director, with shareholder confirmation due at the AGM, as it seeks additional board skills to support funding and development of its planned lithium carbonate plant. Davis brings more than 30 years of investment and governance experience, including in US energy and mining markets; the company says it is considering further board candidates. The AGM is scheduled for 26 November.
