Axiant Resources will hold its 2026 annual general meeting on 26 November, with shareholders asked to re-elect director Greg English, appoint RSM Australia Partners as auditor and approve a mandate allowing the company to issue up to 10% of its issued capital. The company says it has not yet completed its first financial year, which ends in June 2027.
