Bindi Metals has completed the sale of its full interest in the Biloela Project to Jacaranda Natural Resources, receiving shares worth approximately $250,000 upfront. It retains a 2% royalty and entitlement to up to approximately $1 million in additional shares if specified milestones are met, while saying the sale allows it to focus resources on its Ravni Gold Project in Serbia.
