Desert Metals Sells Tengrela South Stake for Up to $5 Million and Royalty

Desert Metals has agreed to sell its 80% interest in the Tengrela South project for $2.5 million by completion, up to a further $2.5 million if the permit is renewed, and a 1% royalty on future production. The proceeds are intended to fund drilling preparation at the Nyan gold anomaly, initial exploration at Agboville and other project opportunities, without issuing new shares.
