Energy Fuels Secures Conditional Australian Financing Approval for Donald Project

Energy Fuels says Australian government financing institutions have conditionally approved up to approximately A$180 million toward a proposed A$200 million senior debt facility for Phase 1 of its Donald rare earths project. The approval is additional to a conditional US$725 million U.S. government loan commitment announced in June, while the Australian financing remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, other funding and final approvals. The company is targeting a final investment decision by the end of 2026.
