IDP Education AGM Confirms Board Changes As Student Placement Volumes Fall

IDP Education reported FY26 revenue of $795 million and adjusted EBIT of $123 million, with student placement volumes down 27% but higher yields and cost reductions partly offsetting the decline. The AGM elected Anne Brennan as a non-executive director and approved the CEO’s long-term incentive rights, while a separate performance-rights resolution was withdrawn. The company also announced a share buyback of up to $50 million and a final unfranked dividend.
