Kelsian Group appointed CEO Graeme Legh as a director and managing director, while his employment terms otherwise remain unchanged. At its AGM, shareholders approved the FY27 performance-rights grants for the CEO and reinstated proportional takeover provisions in the constitution; the company also said its tourism portfolio sale had completed and Kangaroo Island’s Wanggami service had commenced.
