Mirrabooka Investments said Tony Walls ceased as a director and disclosed an indirect interest in ordinary shares held by OC Omega Pty Ltd on behalf of the OC Omega Trust. Newly appointed director David Roberts reported no shares registered in his own name, but an indirect interest in ordinary shares held by Third & Harold Pty Ltd.
