Moab has expanded its Manyoni uranium project in Tanzania with four transferred prospecting licences adjoining its existing ground, which it says may offer scope to explore extensions of the mineralised system; its previously reported resource contains about 27 million pounds of uranium oxide, up 25% from the earlier estimate. Shareholders will be asked to approve issuing consideration shares at the November AGM, while planned testwork and drilling remain subject to funding, with drilling contemplated for 2027. After quarter-end, Moab agreed to an unsecured loan of approximately $350,000, potentially convertible into shares subject to shareholder approval and other conditions.
