Alchemy Finalises Newcam JV, Retaining 40% Of Bryah Iron Ore Project
Alchemy Resources has executed a binding joint venture agreement under which Newcam Minerals holds a 60% interest and will manage the Bryah iron ore project, while Alchemy retains a 40% interest free-carried to a decision to mine. Newcam’s option exercise preceded the agreement; planned next steps include approving an exploration budget and starting surveys and drilling.
