Amotiv Cuts FY27 Outlook After Weak Quarter, Launches Buyback
Amotiv says first-quarter like-for-like revenue fell 5% year on year and now expects FY27 revenue and underlying EBITA, excluding VAFI consolidation, to be up to 5% below continuing operations in FY26; including VAFI, both are expected to be broadly in line. It also announced an on-market buyback of up to 5% of shares on issue, while shares fell around 6% on the day. Deloitte has been appointed auditor following the AGM.
