Axel Produces High-Grade Rare Earth Product Without Dedicated Impurity-Removal Stage
Axel REE says laboratory testing at its Woolrich deposit produced a mixed rare earth carbonate containing approximately 54% total rare earth oxides, with strong precipitation results and very low uranium and thorium levels. The test did not require a dedicated impurity-removal stage, which the company says may support a simpler processing route; the results are from laboratory work and further development is ongoing.
