Bubalus Agrees to Acquire Large Tasmanian Copper-Gold Project
Bubalus has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Skyline project in western Tasmania, a roughly 494-square-kilometre exploration area near the Mt Lyell mine, subject to conditions including a proposed capital raising of approximately A$3 million. The company plans an approximately A$3 million first-year exploration program, including drilling at prospects with existing copper-gold results; experienced geologist Nick Jolly will be proposed for election as a director.
