Bounty Pursues Liberia Offshore Oil Deal Alongside $4 Million Placement
Bounty has agreed to acquire PetroQuest Liberia Deep Water, which holds exclusive negotiating rights for an offshore Liberian exploration block; the deal remains conditional, and a production-sharing contract still requires negotiation and approval. The company also secured commitments for approximately $4 million through a share placement, while quarterly petroleum revenue was approximately $397,000. Bounty’s 2026 AGM is scheduled for November in Sydney.
