Cygnus Metals Takeover Scheme Implemented, Shares Transferred to Central Asia Metals
Central Asia Metals now holds all issued Cygnus Metals shares after the scheme of arrangement was implemented. Eligible shareholders received Central Asia Metals shares as consideration, while shares for sale-facility participants were issued to an agent for sale. Cygnus has applied to delist from the ASX, with removal expected after trading on Wednesday.
