DigitalX Seeks Approval For Share Buy-Back Of Up To 8.77% Of Shares
DigitalX has called its annual meeting for 26 November, where shareholders will vote on an on-market buy-back of up to approximately 8.77% of its shares over the following 12 months. The agenda also includes director Peter Rubinstein’s re-election and approval for the company to issue equity securities of up to 10% of its issued capital.
