Dexus Faces Around $30 Million Court Indemnity Order as Appeal Nears
The NSW Supreme Court ordered Dexus Capital Investors Limited to pay around $30 million to APAC and other shareholders, with further costs orders provisionally covering some legal expenses. Dexus said the estimated total of the amounts was already reflected in approximately $60 million of costs expensed in FY26; the appeal hearing remains scheduled for late November and early December.
