ETM Completes Spanish Mine Acquisition, Targets 2027 Study
Energy Transition Minerals completed its acquisition of the Penouta tin-tantalum-niobium mine in Spain and is advancing permitting and restart studies, with a pre-feasibility study targeted for early 2027. Cash and cash equivalents fell from approximately A$42 million at the end of June to approximately A$29 million at the end of September. The company also reported a Greenland court ruling on the defendants in its Kvanefjeld claim, with substantive defences due shortly.
