Hiremii Shareholders Approve Proposed AQYR Name Change
Hiremii says all resolutions at its annual meeting were carried by poll, including the proposed change of company name to AQYR Limited. Shareholders also approved director share issues in lieu of fees or incentive payments, a placement facility and renewal of proportional takeover provisions.
