KGL Advances Jervois Build After $300 Million Raise, Targets 2028 Production
KGL says its Jervois copper project remains on schedule for first concentrate production in the first half of 2028, with the $300 million equity raising completed and the project’s final investment decision made after quarter-end. Site preparation, engineering and equipment procurement progressed during the quarter, while the company says project capital costs remain consistent with its baseline model. Copper prices rose 40% year on year by quarter-end, according to KGL.
