MGX Nears Koolan Island Sale After Completing Most Rehabilitation Work
MGX says it has substantially completed the rehabilitation required for the Koolan Island divestment, with remaining tasks and other matters still to be finalised. Settlement with Crestlink is targeted for late 2026 or early 2027; the deal includes at least $20 million in consideration, up to a further $5 million in revenue share, and Crestlink taking on approximately $30 million in remaining rehabilitation obligations.
