Ellerston Raises Mayfield Stake As UBS Exits Substantial-Holder Register
Ellerston Capital’s reported voting power in Mayfield Group Holdings rose to 7.12% from 5.99%, while UBS Group and its related bodies corporate ceased to be substantial holders. The amended Ellerston notice reports its latest change on 23 October and includes purchases and sales over the period; separately, director Andrew Rowe acquired ordinary shares on market, adding to his existing partly paid holding.
