Nick Scali Flags Weaker ANZ Trading As UK Orders Continue To Grow
At its AGM, Nick Scali said first-quarter written sales orders in Australia and New Zealand were 15% below the prior year, after 11% growth in the same period last year, and expects first-half ANZ revenue to be approximately 11% to 14% lower year on year. UK first-quarter written orders rose 29%, while FY26 group revenue increased and net profit rose more strongly; the company also expects four showroom openings in FY27.
