Omni Bridgeway Posts 3.9x Returns As Fees Rise And US$1 Billion Fund Closes
Omni Bridgeway reported A$136 million in investment proceeds for the first quarter of FY27, with a 3.9x return multiple compared with a 2.5x two-year trailing average; management fees rose 24% year on year and new commitments increased 23%. Its Funds 4 and 5 Series II closed at the US$1 billion target, while the company said it is tracking at or above its FY27 operational targets. At its AGM, shareholders approved all resolutions, and the board outlined a capital policy that is intended to return surplus liquidity to shareholders, generally through buy-backs.
