Orora Continues Buy-Back, Issues Performance Rights to Staff and Director
Orora bought back a further 10,086 shares, bringing the total repurchased to over 12 million under its on-market programme, which allows for a maximum of 10% of shares on issue. The company also issued approximately 3.7 million performance rights, including approximately 1.1 million to director Brian Lowe, whose rights holding increased from approximately 2.1 million to 3.2 million.
