PEXA Group has withdrawn an AGM resolution seeking approval for a one-off share-price recovery incentive for its CEO and managing director, following shareholder and proxy-adviser feedback and amid uncertainty over the unfinished IPART pricing review. The AGM will proceed as scheduled, with the other resolutions unaffected.
