ReadCloud Beats Earnings Guidance as School Revenue Grows
ReadCloud reported preliminary FY26 underlying EBITDA from continuing operations of approximately $1 million, above guidance, while revenue rose around 4% from the prior year. VET-in-Schools partnering fees grew 14%, and cash receipts from those customers increased 11%; the company says confirmed new school commitments for 2027 are ahead of the prior year’s selling timetable. The wind-down of its industry training business was completed, while group cash receipts fell 4% as that operation exited.
