Regal Fund Flags Firmus Exposure After IPO Withdrawal
Regal Investment Fund’s unaudited estimated NAV was $3.33 per unit at the latest weekly valuation. The fund said its Firmus Technologies exposure represents approximately 5% of NAV and remains valued at the price of the company’s July fundraising, despite Firmus withdrawing its proposed IPO; Firmus is exploring private fundraising options with a view to a US listing in 2027.
