Resonance Health Raises $6 Million as Net Cash More Than Triples
Resonance Health secured an oversubscribed placement intended to fund three growth programmes over two years, lifting pro forma net cash from approximately $2 million to approximately $8 million. The company also reported preliminary MRI liver-fibrosis results broadly in line with a widely used ultrasound device for significant fibrosis, while noting the findings are based on a single-site cohort and remain unverified. FY27 guidance is revenue of $17–22 million and EBITDA of $2.6–3.6 million, excluding potential contributions from the fibrosis device, acquisitions, new sites and geographic expansion.
