Ridley CFO to Become Company Secretary as Clarke Resigns
Ridley Corporation says Chief Financial Officer Chris Opperman will become company secretary from 15 December, following Kirsty Clarke’s resignation. Clarke will remain in the role until then before leaving to pursue an external opportunity.
