Stelar Metals Sets November AGM, Puts Director Elections and Share Issue Mandate to Vote
Stelar Metals will hold its annual general meeting in Adelaide on 23 November, with shareholders to vote on the re-election of Geoffrey Webster, the election of Qingtao Zeng and approval for an issue of up to 10% of issued capital under a proposed mandate. The meeting will also consider changes to the company’s constitution and its remuneration report.
