SXE Shareholders Approve FY27 Performance Rights For Managing Director
Southern Cross Electrical Engineering shareholders approved the FY27 performance-rights grant to Managing Director Graeme Dunn, and the company issued the rights following the AGM. Dunn’s disclosed interests now include these new rights alongside his existing ordinary shares and FY25 and FY26 performance rights; all resolutions at the meeting were carried.
